We desperately need more money for early intervention and because it's
so smart to spend this money in this way we need to have everybody in this room
educate their neighbors, their friends, and certainly their elected
officials at the state and federal level that this is the place where we should
be prioritizing funding. It's just smart, we need to do it and as
Portia said were seeing states narrow their eligibility so that the fewer kids are
eligible. So they can say we're serving all the kids but that number is
probably half of what it was three or four years ago. We need to make
sure every kid can get the help that they need and the only way we're gonna
do that in this fiscal financial economic climate is for everybody make a
lot of noise.
