Although the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer that is surgically untreatable can be devastating,
it does not have to define one's life. The MAESTRO study provides eligible individuals
with inoperable pancreatic cancer with an opportunity to participate in the clinical
study of an investigational drug that may support advancing the treatment of this disease
in the future. Specifically, this study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of an investigational
study drug when combined with standard of care chemotherapy. The future can be meaningful.
There are opportunities today that may change the way this disease is treated in the future.
