This is Rachel with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about
what are the effects of Creatine. First and foremost I just wanted to talk for a minute
about what Creatine is and actually its an amino acid and its found in the tissue of
our body and its also found in all protein containing foods. So basically any animal
tissue that we consume as well as our own animal tissue contains Creatine. Creatine
is involved in all different kinds of muscular functions including contraction of our muscles,
our strength, our endurance, rebuilding our muscles and that's why you've probably heard
of body builders using Creatine in their workouts is because often when we're not able to exert
as much energy as we need, Creatine is one of the amino acids that we might be deficient
in that becomes a limiting factor. So, but not just Creatine, but all the different amino
acids that come from our protein foods. So I really suggest focusing on getting plenty
of protein throughout your diet if your exercise levels are high and in addition, you can also
