Okay so we have been simmering for about 30 minutes, we are going to turn off our flame.
This is the results still nice and colorful, not to brothy, and we are going to grab our
bowl, we are going to spoon out some rice. A good portion of rice and now we are going
to spoon some of this delicious kimchi chigae right over the top. You want to get a little
bit of all the vegetables. You can see the kimchi it has changed it's texture and soft
instead of crunchy and you can even serve that on a side of kimchi or some meat or something
else like that. This is the end product and it is just that easy a great vegetarian meal.
