Mary: Tim...
We need to get the users up and running in the new LA branch.
Tim: Sure. How many?
Mary: 105
Can you have that by tomorrow?
Tim: Tomorrow? [ worried ]
Mary: Why? Is there a problem?
Tim: Well, there's the whole licensing issue.
Mary: Issue?
Tim: Yeah, I mean we're talking about licensing over a hundred new users,
each one with multiple apps
voice, video, messaging.
Then we've got to figure out what licenses we already have,
what we don't have
who needs what
and make sure the whole thing is in compliance.
I mean, it's going to be all hands on deck all night.
Mary: Well, we have got to get this done.
What do you need?
Tim: Okay...um let's start with a decent meal budget,
maybe a little music...and it might be nice to have...

Tim uses his newly acquired Enterprise License Manager from Cisco to license all his Unified Communications applications in a matter of minutes.
First he provisions the new users for voice, video and messaging.
Next, he determines at a glance how many spare licenses are available company-wide.
Then he uses the add licenses wizard to generate a report of licenses he needs to add.
And finally, he emails the report to his partner so he can receive and download the new licenses directly to the Enterprise License Manager by tomorrow.
Having completed the process in record time, Tim and his colleagues are now free to do more important things....
