Hi everybody! I just have a fun and easy breakfast that will satisfy your sweet tooth without
being unhealthy. So I have two eggs and I am just going to mix this in here. It's great
for kids. I am going to add a little bit of flax seeds. Some people add almond meal, or
you don't have to do anything at all. I'm just going to add a little bit. That looks
good. For a little bit of added taste I am going to add a little bit of brown sugar.
Now you dont even have to add syrup, You can but make sure you use pure maple syrup and
not too much of the processed stuff. I tried honey once. It is totally up to you to play
around with it. Let's try this out. By the way, you'll see that I'm not putting anything
on this skillet. This pan says you dont need butter or oil and it works pretty well and
I like that. I never promised to make it round, I just promised to make it good. After you
finisih it this is your final product. They dont look as pretty as normal pancakes because
there is no flour but they taste really good! So Enjoy!
