New York City firefighters have responded to a collapsed building in upper Manhattan.
Emergency workers rushed to the building, which is thought to be an apartment block,
on East 116th Street and Park Avenue in East Harlem, following reports of a big explosion.
Aerial footage shows smoke pouring out of the building and debris can be seen strewn
about, some of it on train lines that run very close by.
All train services in and out of Grand Central train station have been halted.
Hundreds of firefighters are at the scene as emergency services attempt to get the flames
under control.
It's not yet clear whether anyone was inside the building when it collapsed or if anyone
has been hurt.
