\f0\fs24 \cf0 \ Hey, it's Dane here. instantDane.tv. You know,
I have been speaking a lot lately about the pretty astounding health benefits of adding
omega 3s to your diet. There's several ways to get omega 3s: you can use flax seed; you
can use fish oil; or fresh fish, like salmon; uh, another great way is to use chia seeds.
And you can either buy the chia seed meal that already been ground-- However, here's
a tip for you: If you want really fresh chia seed meal, you can actually grind it yourself.
And guess what? It's not that hard. Okay, here's what you do. Many of you, like me,
probably have an old coffee mill or coffee grinder around somewhere. Usually it's o the
top back shelf of your kitchen. So go ahead, pull it out, dust it off, 'cause now you can
use it to grind chia seeds. Pretty cool. Lemme show you. And, for more information about
chia seeds and the value of omega 3s in your diet, you can visit instantDane.tv. }
