hey everybody! I'm Emily
and i'm megan and this is beginners gymnastucs!
woo, woo! so today we are going to be showing you
how to stretch for your splits if you do these stretches for
two months, then you should get it!
no matter what videos say you are never going to get your splits in one day.
you are not gonna get it in one day like she just said
you have to work at it, and stretch like every single day
soon you'll be able to get it all right so lets get started!
you wanna try to get all the way down or as much as you can
you want your knee to be directly over your foot, so
it looks like this. we hope this was helpfull
and obviously another stretch is just to saty in your splits for as long as you can\
stay in as far as a split as you can do all these stretches throughout the course
of i'd say two months depending on how far you are already
do these stretches for about 30 seconds every time you stretch every time you you
get closer add another like, 10 seconds onto it.
um but, you wanna be sure that you don't hold it for
too long or else you can pull a muscle yeah.
