This tutorial will demonstrate the main functionality of the Bank Integration module.
In our Magento system we have four orders, seen over here.
From our bank account we obtained a bank-file, containing the four corresponding payments...
...plus one other payment.
Now, let's go to our Bank Integration module and start uploading the bank-file.
As we select the bank-file, all five entries will be processed and coupled...
...to the corresponding Magento orders, if possible.
In the new grid on the left, we can see data from the bank.
On the right side, coupled Magento orders will appear.
Now, for the first two orders, coupling is done completely automatically.
The paid amount and the order identifier from the bank-file corresponds to Magento's data,
as we can see over here.
However, when one of the two corresponds, as in the case of the third order,
a guess is made. In this case, we confirm the guess.
For the fourth order, manual coupling needs to be performed,
because no order identifier is added to the bank remark and no payment of 705 euros exists...
...in Magento's order data. To manually couple, select the correct order from the drop-down box.
The last entry is a payment on our bank- account unrelated to our Magento webshop.
We can simply ignore it. Since all our data is coupled, we use the submit button,
changing the status of the corresponding Magento orders.
Now, we can review our processed items. If we made a mistake, we can simply decouple...
...and couple them again. We can also review our ignored items and accept them if needed.
The Bank Integration module is equipped with more features,
