Welcome to AVG CloudCare, our new simplified IT management for the small
business. Let's walk you through the service to show you what it does.
First, type cloudcare.avg.com in your internet browser; enter your username
and password and login. In the partner area, you can manage customer's data
and systems easily at any time. Add your customers with a simple click of a
mouse. Enter your customer's details, and then select which services each
customer needs.
No hardware changes are required. Your customer's pay-as-you-go for the
services they are using. There is no long-term commitment and you can
decide on monthly or yearly billing. By using a simple one-click button,
you can activate or deactivate a customer, the same way you manage
services. You can see all their alerts and generate reports without having
to individually manage them.
AVG's unique alerts inform you of potential sales opportunities related to
hardware or software, or additional cloud services, helping you serve your
customers more proactively and drive revenue. Here's the customer dashboard
with seven categories presenting real-time information.
There are no manual updates required. All updates are done automatically,
as per AVG's and customer's defined policy. Every time a customer goes
online it updates, even if they do not log into their network. This saves
you a lot of time.
You can also give your customers the option to manage their own services.
Now click on the devices tab. There are three simple and easy to use
deployment methods within CloudCare, no matter how many machines your
customers have. You can email a download link, utilize a redistributable
package, or remotely deploy.
Free AVG remote IT means you can remotely connect to any customer device,
take control of it, transfer files and chat with the end user, reducing
costly on-site visits. In the report function, you can demonstrate the real
value of your IT support, and provide real-time information, within
whatever time frame you choose. You can also co-brand reports with your
logo.
Go to the policies tab, where you can easily deploy policies to a single
device or a whole group using a drag and drop method. Next click on the
alerts tab, here you will receive alerts about potential risks in your
customer's systems or devices. Alerts are sent via email or SMS text, so
you can always be on hand to manage the risks, increasing your reaction
time, while saving cost.
