Welcome to Our One Minute Yoga Session.
In this I will tell you very important part
i.e. how to control your excitement, or you emotional part.
The whole thing is, let’ say, you are not able to control your anger
you are not able to control your *** excitement,
you are not able to control your…you just gone crazy.
You just don’t want to do any...you want to just be inside the door only
you done want to meet anybody.
At that time, any situation, any time you just need
to devote One Minute. Let’s say for example
now I have become very much angry, I have become very much
sexually excited, I have…I am crazy at somebody.
Sit, Just sit comfortably, you can do it while standing also.
Sit conformably, draw the air outside,
you have to exhale. Exhale.
When you exhale, your stomach will come(get)inside.
Inhaling is outside, after exhaling, stomach will get inside.
and when you suck in your stomach, you also have to suck in your perennial muscles.
So two things you have to do.
Exhale the air, suck(shrink) in your perennial muscles,
suck(shrink) in your stomach, close your eyes and look at the roof.
You have to look at the top of your head while your eyes are being closed
Again, now I will do it.
Exhale…inhale…totally exhale as much as you can.
Ok, inside, perennial muscles also contraction. (eyes closed, look at top, and hold it).
(eyes closed, look at top, and hold it).
Let’s say I am able to hold it for 5 seconds, ok, do it for 5 seconds.
Again come back, breathe normally.
When you are ready for next exhalation, do it for three times.
Three times will consume more or around…around more or less(than) 1 minute.
When you do it for three times, you realize that
something…something has changed in you.
Something…it will definitely.
Do it on your own right now or at anytime.
Just you don’t know..oh! I have gone crazy, or I feel so boring, and I feel so irritating.
Any sort of excitement, anger, any emotional part, do it for 3 times.
If you do it everyday, or in any situation, it will definitely, it will change you.
The emotional energy into more higher realms.
