Hey! Danny Gardner here. Just had my first workout with Chris here at the Rogue Athletix
House and it was pretty intense, pretty intense. I, going into it, didn't know what to expect.
I knew it would be pretty hard. I knew I'd learn a few things. Didn't know what though.
Learned how to use kettlebells, Chris introduced me to those. Really cool how it can work upper
body, lower body, the core, all that stuff. And kind of even at the same time even. It
was really cool, I like that a lot. I can definitely see how that kind of workout would
get you a lot of results. And get you functional results, too. Not just in the gym working
with machines kind of isolating everything not working it together. Chris taught me about
how to use the upper body together with the lower body and how the core kind of transfers
energy between the two. Kinda learned some things about biomechanics, he called it. So,
I really believe this guy can get me some results. I'll have to keep going to him a
few more times, see more of what he's about. So far I like him. I feel like I gonna get
results from this. I feel like, uh, I feel like I'm gonna be sore in the morning. So,
hey, if you need a personal trainer, I mean, this is probably the guy I'm gonna go to.
I'd recommend him. I recommend checking him out if you're in the Chattanooga area. Especially
if you're in Ooltewah 'cause it's right off Main Street. So, yeah. Chris is pretty cool.
Rogue Athletix House seems like it's gonna be the real deal. I'm lookin' forward to comin'
