So a lot of people tell me -- I know I don't breathe well, I know I need to learn how to
breathe, my breathing is terrible. They ask me how can I breathe? How do I breathe?
How to breathe. Breathe through your nose. Don't breathe through
your mouth. Ever.
Breathing though your mouth means AHHH that you snore.
Breathing through your mouth means HAAA that you have bad breath.
Breathing through your mouth is just gross. It aggravates allergies and asthma.
Snoring aggravates spouses and strangers on airplanes.
Learn to breathe though your nose. Breathing through your nose is the foundation
of yoga, meditation, reduced, anxiety, peace love and understanding.
Breathing through your nose is like prescription-free just plain free Zoloft.
So start breathing though your nose. Your friends will thank you, your wife will thank
you, your husband your significant other. Then they'll thank me.
You're welcome. So, where to start?
When you wake up in the morning whole you're still in bed, before you even get out of bed,
take ten deep breaths through your nose. As you inhale
Let your lungs fill completely. And as you exhale, empty your lungs completely.
10 deep breaths first thing in the morning, and then start your day.
And when you get back in bed at the end of the day, and the day is over, take ten deep
breaths through your nose. Inhaling expanding your lungs and chest completely
and exhaling, emptying your lungs completely. 10 breaths.
