Alright. If you have a hard time being happy or always pull back down into that deep, dark
and ugly hole? In today's video, I'm gonna share with you a concept that completely changed
my mindset on it. I'm telling you, once I started learning on how to be happy, I started
losing weight. It's not the other way around.
Hello Livelies! How are you doing?
Alright, today, I want to share with you a really powerful concept that completely transformed
my life. I cannot stress that enough. So this is the concept I learned in Marie Forleo's
program, Live in The Moment *** Camp. Mmm. It was such a fun course. And so this whole
course is all about living in the moment and this one concept really shifted things from
me.
So, so often our mind get stuck in this, "This isn't it" mentality. This isn't the body.
This isn't the apartment. That's not the husband. This isn't the job. This isn't it.
Your mind is constantly dissatisfied state; same thing like, " You should be further along
by now.", which really makes it hard to be happy. And when you're not happy, it's hard
for your body to release fat.
So here's the deal sister. No matter if you get that ideal body that your minds you should
have or when you get that car or your apartment or promotion, eventually your mind would say,
"This isn't quiet as great as I thought it would be. " And then your mind just keeps
on saying, this isn't it!
When you continually live in a this-isn't-it type mindset, you are holding the brakes unto
all the greatness that you have in front of you. But when you start living in a moment
and partying now, you are really being happy now, because you know we can't do anything
in the past, can't do anything in the future, then we start fully accelarating ourself into
all the abundance that we have for us.
So here's your awakening activity this week. I want you to shift your mindset into, "This
is it." mentality. This is it! This is the body. This is the apartment. This is the job.
This is it. Party with it. Have fun with it.
That's what I want you to do this week.
Every time your mind goes into this-isn't- it, I want you to say, "Woah! Hold on. Wait."
This is it. Yeah, this is it, because this is where the power lies.
