If I were to rank the qualities of The Geo Group, I would put the translation quality at the top.
Mainly because that’s the most important thing for us; the end product is the most important thing for us.
Second, I would put customer service.
The Geo Group really does know our products, and they work hard to understand and ask the right questions,
and get back to us in a timely manner.
So that would be number two, although it’s pretty much as high as translations.
One of the things I appreciate most about The Geo Group is that they
help us maintain consistency across all of our products.
One of the ways we do that is by using Trados,
which stores all of the translations that The Geo Group does for us,
and it makes it very easy to pull translations of text that is consistent across surveys.
They do it in a way that is really easy to use both for us and for our clients, who may be reviewing our surveys.
If the translation wasn’t high quality, then the survey wouldn’t be valid.
So in working with The Geo Group, we know that we are going to get a high quality translation,
a high quality review, and a review of the final product to ensure that all the items are in the right place,
and that the quality of the survey is there.
