I am having some issues, I need to know about Haier refrigerator troubleshooting.
I so, know you have issues Joe. I think I can help you with Haier refrigerator Troubleshooting.
Thanks for the "I know you have issues statement." Anyway, how do I get the Haier functioning
again?
First you need to check some basic things, Make sure that the refrigerator is plugged
in fully and that the circuit breakers are all on.
If there is power in your refrigerator the problem could be in the wiring or the defrost
timer.
You can check the wiring for frayed wires, also make sure that the thermostat is set
correctly. It should be set for about 40-45 degrees for the refrigerator. The ice maker
components should be set for 0 degrees.
OK, so far this sounds easy enough to check, even a non rocket scientist like myself should
be ale to handle it.
You should also check the evaporator coils to make sure that they are dust free and nothing
is blocking them.
OK, evaporator coils check, I can do that.
You should also check the compressor. Make sure that it is not making any unusual noises.
Oh, oh what if it is making noises?
You may have to consider calling a repairman in at that point.
I have a self defrosting model, what do I do in that situation.
You should allow the refrigerator to defrost completely, and leave the door open for two
or 3 days. At that point you can plug it back in and make sure that the thermostat is set
where it needs to be.
Thanks for the tips. It is going to be a pain to fix this, but maybe it is better than calling
in a tech.
Yeah, Joe and by the way, send money any time.
