Take your right leg and put it in back to stretch the back. Then you can raise the heel
a little bit to get a stretch in the back of your foot. Then let?s do the same with
the other one. You can move to the left like this to stretch the inner thigh. And then
to do the same with the other one. Try to reach your toes, while trying to keep your
back straight. Reach as far as you can and then point your toes and go down as far as
you can. You can stretch the back side by just putting your arm over your leg and looking
backward. You can do the same with the other one. There are some great stretches for you
to try.
