What are you going to make? Methi Malai Paneer (Cottage Cheese with Fenugreek)

Ingredients required to make Methi Malai Paneer
Fenugreek, Cottage Cheese, Asafoetida, Garlic, Onions, Tomatoes, Garam Masala, Milk, Cream, Coriander, Chilli Sauce, Salt, Chilli Powder, Oil
Take a pan and heat some oil (4-5 tbsp)
Fry some cubes of cottage cheese
Fry the cottage cheese lightly and keep them aside
Add a pinch of Asafoetida in the pan
Add some garlic
Add some chopped onions and tomatoes
Add some turmeric and some salt for taste
Add 2 tsp of garam masala
Add some red chilli powder
Add some dry fenugreek leaves
We can use dry or fresh fenugreek leaves
Add 1 and 1/2 cup of water
Add 1/2 cup of milk
Close the lid and cook for 5 mins
Add 2 tsp of chilli sauce
Cook it properly till it gets a nice consistency
Add some cream & the fried cottage cheese. Mix it well.
Cook for another 5 mins and serve the curry
Take it into a serving bowl
Garnish with some coriander
