As a student at the University of Nevada Las Vegas,

While you'll be busy with your campus life,
it is important to remember that staying healthy
is the key to doing well in school.
That's why we're here to help you succeed.
Whether it's meeting with a healthcare provider,
working out, playing your favorite sport, relaxing, going for a swim,
or just meeting friends, we have something for you.
Your health is more than the physical condition of your body.
Student wellness brings together the staff and expertise
to help you be your absolute best in all dimensions of your life.
Student Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
can help you manage your feelings so that you can make the most of your college experience.
From yoga and aquatics, and club sports to outdoor adventures and personal fitness,
we have it all.
Swim in our lap and leisure pools,
use the spa, or participate in programs such as aqua stretch or swim lessons.
Be a part of a UNLV recreational team and compete against other local or regional colleges and universities.
Participate in a variety of tournaments and leagues
as well as other activities that promote health, inclusiveness, fitness and social interactions.
Get information for such classes as boxing, yoga, and aerobics.
Classes are free for students and SRWC members.
