Okay so we are ready to add some broth. We are going to take the pot and put it in a
flame and I'm going to use beef broth. This is a organic beef broth. If you are vegetarian
feel free to use vegetable broth. You can use some water but that does not tend to flavor
it as well. I'm going to take out my measuring cup and I'm going to add about a 1 1/2 cup
of broth. What is going to happen all the water from the vegetables are also going to
be drawn out. We don't want it to be to brothy. All that nice flavor from the kimchi is going
to start to soak in as soon as this comes to a boil. Okay now we would give it a little stir and
you want to get the kimchi down there in the broth. Then we would cover it and bring it
to a boil oh not we won't first we would add some spices.
