One of the things that a lot of people
misconstrue is when you come back from lunch
and you're not feeling well at work
and everybody says, you know, "I ate something bad for lunch."
Food bacteria doesn't work that quickly.
It's not always the last meal.
It could be, you had something for dinner
and you wake up in the morning feeling ill.
That's a possibility but usually
it's closer to something you ate the day before not just your last meal
and if you've gone out to dinner
and on the drive home you're feeling
a little queazy
or not your best
it wasn't that dinner.
At least not foodborne
bacteria.
It may have been improperly cooked, it may have
been greasy but it's not food poisoning.
