Bring your chair to your left side and open up into the pose, Extending in all directions.
Now, turn your left foot. Look at your left foot turning. Let the toes point to the left,
and now bring your left hand down to that chair, right arm up. As you’re turning your
gaze up to the hand or straight ahead, you can even bring your right hand to your hip.
Roll the shoulders back, take a few breaths in your triangle pose. Finish your exhale
and up with an inhale, back into start and come back to mountain before doing the other
side.
