Lets start making Gobhi ke Pakore
Boil water in a pot
We have taken about 1 litre of water
It has boiled, now turn off the heat
Add cauliflower florets to this boiled water
Cover it and leave for 5 minutes
In the meantime we will prepare gram flour batter
Add 1/2 tsp salt
Add 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
Add all other spices
Mix all the spices well
Now add little water at a time and make a smooth batter of this mixture
Batter should be a little thick
Batter is ready
Cauliflower florets are blanched, now take it out in a strainer
Turn these florets into a bowl
Add salt and red chilly powder
Toss these florets
Heat oil in a kadhai / wok
Oil is heated
Add some cauliflower florets into the batter and coat with the batter
Drop these coated florets slowly into the oil
Keep gas on medium flame
Pakoras are half fried, take them out into a plate
Similarly half fry other florets as well
In the meantime, Press and flatten the previously half fried pakoras with a flat bottom bowl
Take out the pakoras
Now fry the flattened half fried pakoras
Fry on low flame so that they come out crispy
Similarly flatten other pakoras
Flip the pakoras
Fry until golden brown
Pakoras have turned golden brown, now take them out into a plate
Similarly fry other pakoras second time
Crispy Gobhi Pakora are ready
You can serve them with any chutney like green chutney,
sweet and sour chutney or tomato sauce at tea time
