Hi this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make eggplant Parmesan. Now
that the onions are translucent cooked with the garlic now we are want to add some tomato
sauce to this. You can do it homemade or do what I'm just doing I'm using a good quality
tomato sauce right from the can. So again we need 3 of these 8 ounce cans. So just go
right ahead and open that up. Then we would pour it right over the onions and garlic.
Like that. We have a couple open here. Again use good quality tomato sauce it does make
a difference. Move this around a little get that mixed in. Here is where I like to add
some fresh ground pepper and some salt. So we would just add that. Here is our salt,
just a couple of grinds of this. Cause even though we did rinsed the eggplant slices off
there is still going to be some residual salt so you may want to reseason this later. Just
go ahead and do a few now. I like a fresh ground pepper. So it is up to you how you
feel about this. You can even add red pepper flakes to it and make it a little bit spicier.
Just move this around. You can see the olive oil in there, the onions, the garlic, and
we the sauce, and the salt and pepper. We really have a nice tomato sauce parmesan.
