In this video we are going to learn how to host and join an online meeting using ISL Group.
First, visit our website, islonline.com and let’s log in.
In case you don’t have an account sign up.
Enter your username, ...and password, ...and click log in.
Now here we see all the products we can use, let’s choose web conference.
Here we see the list of all the meetings we have created in the past.
We can still run them by clicking join, but right now, let’s create a new meeting from scratch.
We can also create a webinar, but we’ll cover this in another tutorial.
Click add new meeting and enter the title for the meeting.
For instance, The Meeting, and click create.
As you can see, we have just created a new ISL Groop meeting.
However, we still need to invite some participants, so click invite.
Here we can customize our invitation, change the subject, invitation text and so on.
Recipients will also get this link to join the meeting.
Let’s enter some emails of the people we would like to invite.
And now click send invitations. Ok, so invitations were sent.
Let’s go back to see some other features as well.
We can also modify the meeting, ...change session type, ...meeting title, ... starting time and so on.
You can play around and tweak some of the settings.
Let’s take a look at one more thing.
We can also add attachments,... choose a file…, and upload it.
Now, let’s open this meeting. Click join.
Also when other recipients click on the join link, this page will open.
They can see who is the host and some other informative details.
Click join now.
Wait just a bit,
Here we go, we are now in the meeting.
Now we can share ideas, create slides, import powerpoint, share our desktop and much more,
but we will talk about that in another tutorial.
