Who cares about mice and rats? Who cares if they’re affectionate and form
lifelong relationships? Who cares if they’re clever and resourceful,
or if they giggle when they’re having fun? Who cares if mice and rats are good mothers
and will risk their own safety to rescue their friends?
Lowes doesn’t. Who cares if mice and rats suffer enormously
when they’re caught in glue traps? Who cares if they struggle for days before
finally dying from starvation or dehydration? Who cares if they rip off patches of fur and
skin and chew off their limbs in a desperate attempt to get free?
Lowes doesn’t. Who cares if glue traps are indiscriminate
and capture other small animals? Like these birds…this squirrel…or this kitten.
Lowes doesn’t. The home improvement chain refuses to stop
selling glue traps, even though dozens of other companies have made the compassionate
decision to ban these cruel devices from their stores.
Please tell Lowes that you will not shop at its stores until it stops selling glue traps
