Wake Up Inspired to Live Your Dreams with My Wake UP Call & My Good Night Mp3 Messages
Hi, my name is Robin Palmer and my product is my Wake UP Call - Motivational Alarm Clock
Messages and My Good Night Messages. They're specially formatted, patented five-minute
messages that start and end every day positively inspired instead of with blaring buzzers and
negative news on the radio. The research shows that your mind is the most open the first
and last five minutes of the day, when you're transitioning from consciousness and subconsciousness
and vice a versa. And most people wake up with buzzers and bad news on the radio like,
Someone got murdered now get out there and prosper. This is the worst thing for you.
Watching the news before you go to bed literally trains your brain to sleep with fear. And
when you start and end your day positively inspired, it changes everything in between.
Waking up was an antiquated system that never got updated, until now.
So I starred in Broadway musicals for 15 years. Then I became a trainer and I moved to California,
got married, took a desk job and I wanted a trainer to wake me up every morning and
inspire me to wake up and work out. He had to say something different every day, be really
inspiring and motivating, and be someone whom my husband wouldn't mind being a bed with
us in the morning. I couldn't find anything. So I created the process patent, and got the
process patent, for motivational alarm - motivational messages plus alarm not restricted to wake
up. And every lawyer told me that I couldn't get it and I got it. And we have eight registered
trademarks and copyrights for all of the messages and the message formats. It was really important
to me to put together all of the IP to protect Wake UP Call - Motivational Alarm Clock Messages
and My Good Night Messages. And because I starred on Broadway for 15 years, I also wrote
and recorded my second album, called My Inspirational Lullabies, to go with My Good Night Messages.
It turns out that the number one most prescribed medications right now are sleeping pills which
are so bad for you and they have so many side effects. There are so many natural ways to
get a great nights sleep. I partnered with Psychoneurologist, Dr. Sylva Dvorak. And we
did all this research and found the most amazing ways to get a natural good nights sleep. You
see, the sleeping pills make you crash. A good nights sleep includes light and deep
sleep, or REM sleep. You need that for rejuvenation and to feel refreshed in the morning or for
your cells to rejuvenate. And if you just crash, you never get that.Also, the number

We always include music with our messages. I partnered with the top motivational and
wellness experts to create Wake UP Call and My Good Night Messages- like His Holiness

Marci Shimoff, Debra Poneman, the list goes on and on! AND, people keep telling us this
is completely changing their lives. We had a med student tell us that we got him through
Med School. Dr. Oz called me and said it was brilliant! And Jack Canfield - he wrote all
of The Chicken Soup for the Soul books. He is amazing. He went on a rant so positively
about how wonderful My Wake UP Call messages are. We have fans everywhere - we're growing!
And the other thing I wanted to make sure to tell you is - we always use music with
our messages. And for My Good Night Messages, I couldn't find any music. I kept looking
and looking and all of the lullabies were so dark, it was amazing. I was raised with

sleep and fall asleep naturally, along with My Good Night Messages - meditations, tips
and tools to naturally help people to get a good nights sleep.
AND, we have five, 10, and 15-minute Good Night Calls - to help people make sure they
go to bed when they want to go to bed, just like My Wake UP Call messages help them to
wake up when they want to wake up. So, we have a Snooze Free Zone with our messages
in the morning, because snoozing is sabotage. People set the time they want to wake up themselves.
No one has a gun to their heads, telling them what time they have to wake up. They set that
time so they can have a successful day. So the same thing is true at night. People often
lose track of their time at night. So we have reminders that they can set My Good Night
Calls - so they know before the messages start, how much time they need to get ready for bed.
They go to bed at the time they want to go to bed, instead of all realizing - It is midnight!
