I can get on one subject:for instance, apples. So everybody thinks, if you're eating an apple,
it's healthy. An apple a day keeps the doctor away adage.
But most people don't know that if you're eating nutrient-dense, the apple to eat is
the Red Delicious because the skin on a Red Delicious is loaded with antioxidants and
other apples are not.
Right, they don't have that. Yeah.
So even though green-skinned apples are pretty to look at and they taste pretty good, or
like a Yellow Delicious or a Golden Delicious, they're a very tasty apple too. But the skins
aren't giving the amount of antioxidants.
Everything that I read about antioxidants is that you want to have a diet dense in antioxidants.
