Hi! This is Richard Buccola from New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I am going to show you how to make some spaghetti with meat sauce. So we are back and I have
about 6 cloves of garlic. All the rest of the other garlic I am going to save for another
time. Just putting it in a sandwich bag, put in tinfoil, saran wrap. Just so no air gets
out of it. It will stage in your re frig till the next day and use it for something else.
Don't waste it. Here is some garlic taken out already. It is in a shell, going to remove
it. Again, just put the the back of the knife down on it and give it a little punch and
you'll see, it comes out real easy folks. Now that little tip on the end sometimes you
have to get that off if it is hard. You don't want that in your garlic. That's it. That's
your removal. I'll do another one quickly. Here is your garlic. Put the butt end of the
knife, give it a little punch and you will see it comes right out of its shell and you
want to get rid of that little tip and that's it. So I am going to takes all these out and
I am just going to give them a quick cut. So you might want to grab one and give it
a quick cut and leave the pieces big. This is a meal where you want to actually see some
nice size pieces of garlic so I am going to give it a quick chop. When I come back, we
will start putting this all together and it is going to start smelling great. Anytime
you cook with oil and garlic, it is just amazing.
