Our sauce is still reducing and we are going to take the top off of our rice and we can
see that most of the liquid has absorbed. So we are going to turn off the heat in the
back and then we are going to give it another stir to make sure that everything is all nice
and mixed together and take a nice healthy scoop out of our rice. And we are going to
put this all along the edge and we are going to come back to our chicken and we are going
to place our pieces all along the side and the inside of the hollow that we made with
our rice. And now we don't want to smother the chicken with this but we definitely want
this flavor. So we are just lightly going to drizzle this over the top and we want to
make sure that we get some of the vegetables with the garlic and the ginger and the jalepenos.
Now we want to take our cilantro leaves and put them around and garnish again with our
chopped cilantro and here we have General Tso's Chicken with our fried mushroom rice.
