Hello, and welcome to Videojug. We are going to show you how to make a very original salmon
teriyaki with spring onions and radishes. You will need the following ingredients to
serve four people.
Four salmon fillets. Three tablespoonfuls of vegetable oil. Salt and pepper. Four spring
onions, chopped. Four radishes, chopped. The juice of a lime. Two tablespoonfuls of olive
oil, and half a tablespoonful of fresh coriander, chopped. And for the sauce, one seven hundred
and fifty mill bottle of saki, four tablespoonfuls of honey, one hundred grams of sugar, two
hundred and twenty four mills of soy sauce, two tablespoonfuls of balsamic vinegar. And
here is a quick summary of the ingredients.
You will also need these utensils. One medium bowl, two spoons, a medium pan, a large non
stick frying pan, and a cooking brush.
Step one, prepare the garnish. Start by putting into a bowl the chopped spring onions, and
then the chopped radishes, the coriander, the lime juice, and the olive oil.
Step two. Now mix the ingredients together thoroughly and leave to one side.
Step three, prepare the sauce. Put the ingredients into a medium sized pan. First the saki, the
sugar, the soy sauce, the balsamic vinegar, the honey and stir them all together.
Step four. simmer the sauce over a medium temperature until it reduces by half and becomes
thick. Once the sauce is thickened, remove it from the heat and leave to one side.
Step five. Next, heat the vegetable oil for the salmon in a large frying pan over a high
temperature.
Step six. In the meantime, season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Step seven. Once you see that the oil is very hot, pan fry the salmon for approximately
two minutes on each side, and then remove.
Step eight. Then using a cooking brush, coat the salmon generously with the sweet sauce.
Step nine, serve immediately with already prepared spring onion and radish garnish.
We suggest also accompanying the salmon with new potatoes and butter.
And that is how to make Salmon Teriyaki with spring onions and radishes, the Videojug way.
