ACTIVE has evolved over the years. It's more than registration. We're really trying to
provide tools that help you manage your participants, reduce your operating cost and drive engagement
across the activities.
The endurance business was the first market we focused on and as a result of that, it's
a huge part of our DNA and it's a huge part of the types of employees that we attract.
Our goal at ACTIVE is to really be your partner and to help you instantly be able to get through
the problems that you have at hand. We have tools like webinars, videos, help tutorials
that really help, give you information. We have a stellar support team that can go above
and beyond and help you with additional things that you might need, even just best practices,
things that we've learned from being in this industry for years.
The great thing about it is that the technology almost takes a back seat. It's an easy process
for them, they're able to just get right in there and focus on the fun side of it and
the event management.
Active really brings a great blend of resources and technology to the table to make the customers
as successful as possible. The way that we do things at Active is to really build the
enterprise class system and that goes across not only our hardware, but across the security
suites and making sure that our customer data is protected.
We are truly passionate for what we do. We talk to a client on the phone, we're concerned
about their business as much as we're concerned about our business.
We spend a lot of time taking a look at the data to try and understand what's driving
people into specific experiences when and why. So we can relay that insight to you.
There's a couple of different ways that we're looking to constantly grow and fuel the endurance
market. One is by pulling in new participation, people that have never done any of these types
of activities before communicating to them, getting them over the hurdle of actually signing
up and going and participating. And then the second piece is once they've done that, it's
opening their eyes to other types of activities within the endurance family that they might
be interested in.
We try and make it as easy as possible for a participant to register. As soon as somebody
is interested in activity, we give them ways of logging in with Facebook, really helping
to reduce that barrier to entry. Even things for repeat participants like allowing credit
cards on file, so I can quickly get through registering and get excited about the activity
itself, training and moving on to the next steps.
some of the tools that we offer in addition to online registration are data analysis,
dashboards, our VIP tool, discount tools, on-site registration and then of course product
support.
The information they can have at their fingertips to quickly make decisions is one of the most
important things and learn from the lessons of what things are working and what things
aren't and quickly be able to adapt so you continue to do the right things to grow your
business.
