My Rooms lists all the Rooms I have access to.
As you can see there are two types of StickyRooms: a private review room...
...and an exhibition room.
Review rooms are for private review ...
... to discuss work only with people that you invite.
Exhibition rooms, once published, can be accessed by anyone.
I can preview all my StickyRooms by clicking on the arrow.
Each room gives me an overview of People, Work and Notes in that StickyRoom.
I will now create a new review room.
First I will fill in the Room details: its name, a short description ...
... and choose its type.
The latest updated Room always appears on top of My Rooms list.
I will now enter the Design Review Meeting Room.
This opens the StickyRoom as a Flash application.
You can add work to StickyRoom from the gallery.
You can add image files, multiple page pdf-s, 3D models and YouTube movies.
First I choose to add a multiple page pdf.
I name the work and give it a short description.
I can now see the work and its associated work preview in the gallery.
Clicking on any of the previews will display the work bigger on screen.
If you need to change the work name or description...
... click on the grey work note on the work preview.
I will also upload a 3D model.
You will find Navigation tools on the right hand side.
I will now modify the 3D model thumbnail.
I will rotate the 3D model, zoom and pan to the desired view.
You can also add, delete as well as organise work from Work Manager.
The yellow note is for adding notes in context.
The light grey note is the 'work note' to discuss this particular piece of work.
The orange note is the 'room note' for leaving comments about that StickyRoom.
I will add a note asking about supplier specifications.
I can now see the note in context.
Yellow Notes save my view of the work...
... so that anyone looking at the work will see my point of view.
I will leave this StickyRoom and go back to the Office.
I will invite Michael as a guest to review the room and leave comments.
This is the overview of the StickyRoom I just created.
