You can adjust the call volume on your Samsung Galaxy S 4.
Watch this video to learn how.
To adjust the call volume, use the volume keys on the side of your phone
during a call to increase or decrease the volume.
While on a call, touch Extra volume to increase the volume level.
When on, the icon will appear green.
You can also adjust the audio quality by turning on or off
Noise reduction. Touch "Noise reduction" to turn off this feature.
For more call sound options, touch Phone from any home screen.
Then touch the Menu button, and select Call settings.
Next select "Personalize call sound".
Choose from Adapt sound, Soft sound, Clear sound, or Off.
If Adapt sound is selected, your phone will guide you
through customizing an optimal call sound.
Note: Before starting, it is recommended
that you close all multimedia applications, be in a quiet environment
and have a compatible earphone connected.
The device will play a beep.
If you cannot hear the sound, touch "No".
Touch "Yes" if you can hear the sound.
Once completed, touch Done to save your personalized call level.
To enable your saved call level
touch the Level icon during an active call. Then select Adapt Sound.
