Nuts are one of nature’s most perfect foods, healthy and good for you while also tasting
great. Often salt products are added to plain nuts to enhance their great
natural taste, too often an unhealthy amount. One way of adding just the right
amount of salt for you is by roasting and salting nuts at home. Lightly whip an egg
white in a large bowl, add nuts, toss to coat well, scatter onto baking tray, sprinkle
with salt and bake at 160°C until nuts are golden brown. It couldn’t be easier
