details, pressing through the rear heel, forward knee directly above the ankle, knee cap directly
above the second toe. Reaching up in either Temple Pose or V Pose, shoulder blades tripping
down the back, chest fully open. Open up now, breathe into your heart, feel the courage
you have as a spiritual warrior to go forward in your life, with an open heart, dare to
feel everything, dare to be strong, dare to be courageous. Virabhadrasana I, the Hero,
the Warrior.
Sink down a little deeper, feel the strength in your legs, flexibility in your hips and
shoulders, the openness in your heart. You are a Warrior.
