SCOTT SOLLER: Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, here on behalf of Expert
Village. From standing mountain pose, have the weight more at the balls of the feet,
letting your toes and heels stabilized. And the navel comes in, the tail points down,
rooting the feet further. Inhale into your vital center. Exhaling, unfurl the arms. Find
a gaze point. And then shifting weight to your left leg, hold your right leg up, eventually
bringing your foot to the inner thigh, if possible, and pressing that foot in, the outer
thigh to the inner thigh to sole. Bring the palms together at the emotional balance center
of the heart chakra. As you root it down, simultaneously branch up, find a gaze point
as you strengthen the Ajna chakra or your third eye point, the inner, invisible muscle.
The chin tucked in a little bit. Remembering trees move in the breeze, just like the inner
currents and the winds move your inner tree. When you are ready to release, go down and
out and simply accelerate at the end, exhaling and release.
