Today I'm starting the Greg Plitt workout routine\
MFT28\ That's Military Fitness Training\
It's free on bodybuilding.com\ I just started today and I'm curious to see
what kind of results I can get in 28 days\ It doesn't seem like much time, but we'll
see\ It seems like a pretty good program\
The workouts are pretty intense\ I did my first one this morning\
It's pretty grooling\ But I made it through it\
I definitely worked myself to fatigue\ and there's another workout tonight\
so we'll see how long i can keep it up\ you can look at all the details at bodybuilding.com\
I'm not getting paid to say that\ Just sharing that with you\
Greg Plitt's workout routine\ MFT28\
Oulines all of your workouts\ everything you need to do\
all of the nutrition\ which is almost entirely a liquid diet\
all liquid, except for one solid meal a day\ Greg Plitt recommends a lot of supplements\
I'm not sure how necessary they are, but just to be able to honestly \
review the workout,\ I'm going to follow the nutrition plan as
best as possible\ So I'll stick to the workout, the nutrition
plan, and the supplements as best as possible\ I forget the name of the company that endorses
Greg, but they are not paying me or giving me the supplements for free\
So I'm using stuff I like and other things I found at the local nutrition store\
I'm not using th\'e9 exact brands, but I'm basically using the same supplements\
I'll show you what I'm using\ There's a lot of them\
I feel like a science experiment with all of the damn pills and powders and ***\
But I'll show you all of them\ It was a little bit pricey\
So I'm going to put links under this video\ If you want to try them out, please click

haha\ you don't have to, but it would be nice\
Today's the first day of the mft28 workout routine\
There's a fitness test that you do before you start the program\
and then after the programs over\ to determine how much strength and endurance
you've gained\ So I did my fit test\
I'll share the results with you\ I did that last night\
I did my first workout this morning\ Today's April 22 2013\
It's monday\ The first thing I did this morning was weigh
myself\ and measure my body fat\
I'm going to keep track of everything throughout the program\
For the fitness test you do pushups\ half your bodyweight curls\
dips\ chinups\
squat jumps\ and\
sit ups\ For pushups..\
your supposed to do all of these in 60 seconds\ I did 40 pushups\
11 curls\ 19 dips\
11 chinups\ 28 squat jumps\
and 34 situps\ Not amazing\
but a good starting point\ I'm going to share my weight and body fat
\ I'm 6' 2" and three quarters\
I weigh 184.8 lbs\ and I'm 12% bodyfat\
I'm going to keep track of all of that stuff\ Here are some pics\
I took these at the gym last night\ before my workout\
after 28 days I'll take some more pictures to see what kind of results I get\
The goals of the program are to \ build lean muscle\
lose body fat\ and increase strength and endurance\
So those are my goals\ We're gonna see if I can get some results\
I have a few concerns\ First of all..\
The exercises\ I have kind of a small gym\
So there's some limitations in terms of the equipment\
and it's a public gym so there's a lot of other people there\
That may present a challenge\ There are 1 or 2 workouts that I had to modify
slightly\ but I don't think it will be an issue\
I'm a little concerned about the all liquid meal plan\
It could affect my mood\ I get a little grumpy when I'm hungry\
The other thing is all the supplements\ There's soo many supplements\
Greg recommends a lot of stuff\ THis is pretty much my entire diet here\
Once a day I'll eat a solid meal of protein\ But the rest of the month I'll be consuming
all of these \ powders and pills and ***\
Here's creatine\ glutamine powder\
wax maize for carbs right after your workout\ You're drinking lots of protein\
whey protein powder\ for before and after workouts\
you have a couple bridge meals a day\ between workouts and before bed\
casein protein\ NO-Xplode for your pre-workout\
Greg Plitt recommends putting all of your pre-workout stuff together\
I was a little hesitant\ This is blue razz\
and my protein is extreme milk chocolate\ I was going to drink two separate drinks\
But last night I tried it\ It's not as bad as I thought\
It tastes like Count Chocula mixed with Frankenberry\ So then we have fish oil\
multi-vitamin\ This is the last one\
HMB\ I take it 3 times a day\
It's supposed to prevent muscle deterioration\ Sounds great\
but 2 problems right away\ It's $50 and I have\
to take 12 pills a day\ That just seems ridiculous to me \
Especially with all of the other *** I have to take\
12 pills a day\ and that doesn't even get me through 3 weeks\
I can pretty much guarantee that I won't be taking this for the rest of my life\
But for MFT28 for 28 days\ I will do it\
Just to see what results I get\ The last concern is having to work out twice
a day\ Simply because that's very time consuming\
Going to the gym once in the morning\ Once int he evening\
But for 28 days I don't think it'll be a big deal\
I'm willing to try it\ So we'll see what results I get \
