On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make carne
con papas. I'm going to start placing my ingredients in the pot, pan I should say. This pan is
small; you don't need a big pan for this. I'm making a very small amount by the way;
something to feed the family of maybe 4. I thought I will tell you that cause that package
would feed about 4 or maybe 3. It is not a big amount and I'm making a small amount so
you would need a whole onion for that again. Now I'm going to proceed to put the other
ingredients in. Let's go ahead and place the olive oil in there. You can use vegetable
oil if you don't like olive oil. I prefer olive oil it is a little bit less fatten and
it is better. About a drop like that. Not too much; you don't the meat to get oily.
We are going to use the other ingredients this time, I'm going to put in some cumin
and some oregano. I would go ahead and show you my maybe shaking it in there. You can
use a spoon. I would show you by shakes because I don't measure that much. So here is the
cumin we would go 1,2,3 the holes are big and those are 3 nice big shakes. Now let's
go ahead and do the oregano and these are smaller so I'm going to do about 5 1,2,3,4,5,
maybe a little bit more. About 7 shakes.
