APPLE JUICE
Season of apples in this year gone right on glory.
Make an apple juice at home is not difficult.
With a good juicer you can stock up this wonderful drink for the whole winter.
I'll show the most common way of cooking apple juice.
I cooked a few times on this recipe.
For this recipe you will needs apples, a little sugar, bottles and juicer.
Apples should be well washed. My apples are not wormy, then I use it entirely.
My juicer allows make the juice from whole apples.
The first saucepan with juice is ready.
Freshly squeezed juice is rich by vitamins and minerals.
I want to keep the juice for the winter, so put the saucepan on a gas stove.
Add the sugar in the proportion: for 1 liter of juice 2 tablespoons sugar.
I add 6 tablespoons sugar in the three-liter saucepan.
Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
During this time we will prepare sterilized bottles.
During cooking I remove a foam.
We need pure apple juice.
Juice boiled and we turning off the heat.
In the sterilized bottles pour the juice. I pour boiling water over the kitchen funnel.
Close the lid.
We put in a warm place (wrap up) and wait for cooling juice.
After that put the juice in a dark cool place.
This juice is stored up to two years. But I think, that it will not be stored so much)))
