“What Sage actually do is, you can ring them and they can have a look at your actual
system. They have their own system set up so they can do an example on their system
that they use but in certain circumstances, they can take over the system and they go
into it and they amend it and they send reports back down and they adjust it, tell us what
have you got on your screen and we sort of go into it. And they amend it at their end
and send it back to us and it’s great. It works well.”
