I made salad galette.
Finally, I fried galette by using a crape pan.
Last time I cooked the French crape on a crape pan, the better stuck to the bottom of the pan. This time, therefore, I did seasoning the better well and pour it once a pan heated up properly.
The better has not stuck at all and has been cooked beautifully browned. Thank you very much for your advices.
The recipe for garland chrysanthemum is also included as I receive some requests for it.
Garland chrysanthemum and maitake mushroom have been cooked together. However, spinach and brassica can also be used instead of garland chrysanthemum, and it becomes delicious if you topping them with fresh salad on top.
It would be simple if you were able to cook salad dressing by using jam lying idle in the fridge.
Blueberry’s sourness and sweetness are compatible with soy sauce.
