Hey, guys. It’s Kerana/Katrina from Tone It Up. Did you know that every single day
of the year is a national food holiday? And since we like to eat, and we love to celebrate,
we’re showing you how to do food holidays right. I’m so excited. I know. When’s
the last time we had a party, or a cookout, or anything? Way too long ago. I know. You
remember what happened last time? Yeah, that’s when I met Brian. Maybe you’ll meet someone
this time? Yeah, right. Oh, you never know when the stars will align. Here, pull over
here. It’s a good spot. Perfect. You know, Kerana, you should be a little more optimistic.
Oh, Katrina. I know. Do you have the tape? Yeah. Perfect. It should be where everyone
sees it when they walk by. Fun, games and food. Tone It Up Girls. How could you not
come? I know. You forgot to say: spontaneous boogie. Oh yeah, part of the work out. He’s

meet you. What are you doing later? We’re having a little burger bash. Okay. You should
come. You can bring your friend. Yeah, it’s food, boogieing, dancing. It’s a pool party.
You should come. Okay, what time is it till? Um, until wink face. There you go. Okay. Well,
cool, hopefully you’ll come. Well, I’ll try and make it happen. Yeah. Maybe see you

I’m cool, gotta put on another one. He’s really hot. He’s so cute. Alright, that’ll
be awesome if he comes. Okay. Hey, phone down. I know, hold on, hold on. Time to make burgers.
Alright, so we have turkey and egg whites. Did you get the low-fat, or the 98 percent
fat free? I did 98 percent. Perfect. So we’re adding the spinach. Do you add the spinach
with the egg white? Yeah, we can add all the dry ingredients, and then just kind of mush
it all in there. And then we’ll add a little bit of salt, a little bit of pepper. And viola,
they’re ready to grill. Put some cheese. Lots of cheese. Extra crazins. Dried cranberries,
crazins. Garlic. What about your breath? Oh my gosh. It’s not like Kevin is actually
going to show up. I don’t know. If he does, you’re not going to be able to eat any burgers.
These are just like the burgers that are on our nutrition plan? Yeah. But you make them
into meat loaf. Oh, that’s so good. You do like a cranberry spinach meatloaf. Alright,
so now that all the ingredients are in there, we add the moisture. Just a little bit of
egg whites and olive oil. This one’s almost falling apart. So just a little salt and pepper.
Pat. Okay, that’s good. Okay. Oh, they look so pretty. Okay, I’m going to put these
in the fridge. Yeah, and grab the rest of the turkey because we need to make all the
burgers before we get ready. Hey, how good do these one’s look? Yum. So everyone loves
them? Yes. I’m so happy that so many people came. I know, it’s such a great turnout,
I’m really excited. This summer, I feel like it’s gonna be good. The best. Especially
with these burgers. Right. And a good DJ. Hey, is this the Tone It Up party? You came?
Yeah, I made it. Welcome. Thanks. Would you like a burger? Yeah, that would be great.
Hey. Can we get some more burgers? Kerana? Fine, I’m just the burger queen. Those smell
amazing. They’re so good. Damn, that’s a good burger.
