All right. Now, 8:15. Thursday,
December 13th. I'd like to call the Ogdensburg Border Station
Meeting to order. Wade? Mr. Chairman,
we actually have one thing that is making us some money here,
it's on page 2 of the packet. It's approval of a supplemental lease agreement.
Number 15, with the GSA. Now, there's one thing that
we made a mistake here, and this is my fault. On page 3, you've got the diagram there,
And that diagram should not be in the public domain.
I apologize for that. That is a Border Station facility, so it should not be
on there. This is for the Border Patrol, being in the
Border Station. It extends the existing agreement.
I don't have that. You don't have that? No.
So none of us have the maps, and you're safe. (chuckles) No.
I just put the paper in. (cross talk - unintelligible)
I don't know where it is.
I've got so much stuff here, it's going to take month! (chuckles)
This is very upsetting.
So what this does, this extends the time that the Border Patrol is in the
Border Station, from March 26, 2012, to
February 28, 2013. What this means to us in
annual funds, this is just over $64,000 a year,
in annual funds. And, it's for
2,163 square feet of rentable space. How many feet?
2,163.
Excellent. What did you say the price was, Wade?
Was that in your budget report? The annual, the annual dollar amount works out to
$64,000. Where is this at?
That's the wrong, that's the second floor of that main building. Okay. So, it's
still shouldn't be in there, though. This shouldn't be in there? This diagram shouldn't be in there.
Oh. This is how they work at the Chamber. (laughter)
Put it right up there next to it. (chuckles)
Nobody will be stopping now. (laughter)
(laughter - cross talk - unintelligible)
You'll find your way home. (laughter)
I make a motion to approve the resolution,
as presented with the corrections of the right map.
I'll second. Second.
Any comments? All in favor, signify by saying aye? Aye.
I make a motion to adjourn the Border Station Meeting.
Second. Do you have any further business? No, no additional business.
Okay. All those in favor, signify by saying aye? Aye.
That meeting is now closed.
