This seated twist that Gina and I are now going to demonstrate is one of my favorite
poses and it feels so good. It is a Sukasa or an easy seated post so we're just going
to face each other, legs easy and comfortable with our knees touching. We are going to take
our right arm and wrap them toward our own back. You are going to extend your left arm
toward your partner's right hand. Then we are going to lengthen up. Then as you exhale
just gently tug on your partner's back hand as you rotate your chest and open up your
shoulder, good. Inhale, lengthen and exhale and rotate just a little further. And then
release it and go to the other side. The left arm is going to come around to the back the
right arm is going to reach around and grab on to your partner's hand inhale, lengthen,
exhale with a little tug and remember to talk to your partner to help them come into the
twist. This feels good on your spine. Inhale, lengthen, exhale rotate, good. Then release.
