O.k., now we've added our spices to the cucumbers because we want to put them in first to let
them soak in to the cucumbers themselves. So now we're going to add our red onion. We
slice along the bottom and we're just going to take off a ring. Going to peel our outside
skin. Now I'm going to go ahead and cut length ways, and then we're going to fine dice crossed.
I still cut a couple of big chunks so I'm going to give it one more on the side here.
Alright, we're going to scoop that all up and throw it in with our cucumbers.
