Hi I'm Chef Issac from Cuisine by Issac on behalf of Expert Village. The next step is
mix out dry ingredients. Take 1 cup and you would need about 3/4 cup of cornmeal (if I
can ever get the thing out of it). About 3/4 cups put it right in there. Then for the flour
we need 3 1/2 cups of flour. That is 1,2,3 and a half a cup of flour. Now we are going
to take baking powder. We are going to put it with a healthy scoop of baking powder in
there, sprinkle it around a little bit like that. With baking powder we are just going
to mix it around a little bit to get it ready for our wet ingredients. You want to make
yourself a little well right down on the bottom to sit the wet ingredients. That is it for
the dry ingredients.
