Come to table position. From table pose, melt your heart, tuck your toes and inhale, downward
facing dog. With your next breath, in your inhalation, step your right leg forward, between
your hands, coming into a straight leg lunge. Lift the leg way up toward the sky, tuck the
tail bone under, on the right, bend the right leg nice and deep. Make your side waistline
super long, so instead of being short, create fullness, walking the fingertips forward and
stretching long through the spine. As the spine gets long, soften your heart. Soften
your heart so the heart melts, then you stretch forward. You can even look forward. Then inhale
back downward, facing dog. With your next breath, step your left leg forward, right
leg lifts up toward the sky. Again, scoop the tail bone down, on the left, so you can
bend the left leg deep. Out of that, lift the low belly up, lengthen the spine forward.
Heart melts. There's a fullness to your experience. Inhale, step back, downward facing dog. Walk
all the way forward, to a forward bend, push into your feet, take your hands to your hips,
draw the shoulder blades onto the back, and then lift with your heart, to come up standing.
