To start you'll need a tortilla wrap, white beans, an avocado, assorted vegetables
and something to use for a flavoring sauce.
Here I use red wine vinegar.
Once you have placed the avocado in a bowl, add the can of white beans.
Make sure to rinse the beans before adding.
Once they are in the bowl together match them into a smooth consistent mixture.
Spread a little bit of this on your tortilla and then add your vegetables.
Here I'm using green peppers.
Pea pods.
And some shredded carrot.
Once this is all on your tortilla, add the sauce.
Here I've made some using red wine vinegar with a little splash of sesame oil.
Spoon this on top of all the ingredients and then wrap up the whole tortilla.
